ISLANDS AND IS CENTERED NEAR LATITUDE 11.7 DEGREES NORTH AND
LONGITUDE 152.1 DEGREES EAST. THIS IS AROUND 510 MILES
SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF GUAM AND ABOUT 490 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF
SAIPAN. TD 11W IS MOVING WEST AT 6 MPH WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS
NEAR 35 MPH. THE TROPICAL DEPRESSION IS EXPECTED TO TURN MORE
